Halloween Gets Summer-Like Weather for Trick-Or-Treaters in Maryland MDBAL, October 29, 2024February 3, 2025 By DONNA BALANCIA BALTIMORE – Halloween will be unseasonably warm with expected temperatures soaring into the low 80s during the day and mid-60s at night, according to the Accuweather forecast. While the mid-Atlantic region has been enduring chilly nights recently, the overall prediction for the winter is wet and mild, according to the Farmer’s Almanac. Read more here. But it will be difficult to feel like winter is several weeks away as Halloween temperatures are expected to hit record highs. Daytime temperatures will be at least 15 degrees above normal, the National Weather Service said. But despite the warm weather predictions for Oct. 31, the “sweetest” and scariest night of the year, Trick-Or-Treaters may still want to bring along a sweater or light jacket on their evening candy route.
