Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Names Eric van der Valk President and CEO MDBAL, February 2, 2025February 12, 2025 HARRISBURG, Penn. – Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings, Inc. has announced the appointment of Eric van der Valk to President & Chief Executive Officer, effective Feb. 2. Ollie’s trades on the NASDAQ exchange under the ticker symbol OLLI The company has 558 stores, many located in Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania, where it is headquartered. Over the last 52 weeks the Ollie’s stock has hit a high of $120.03 and low of $68.05. In connection with his appointment to CEO, van der Valk has also been added to the Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings’ Board of Directors, increasing the total number of directors from nine to 10. In addition, John Swygert has been appointed to executive chairman of the board.
