Johns Hopkins Hospital, Bayview, and UM Baltimore Make Top Hospital List

Healthgrades has named three Maryland hospitals among the best in the country. The online physician and hospital locator selected 250 top hospitals nation-wide.

In Maryland, Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center cracked the top 100 on the list. The renowned healthcare provider is located in Baltimore. 

The Johns Hopkins Hospital made the top 250 among Healthgrades’ best, located in Baltimore.

UM Baltimore Washington Medical Center also was in the top 250 on Healthgrades’ list, located in Glen Burnie.

In a news release, Healthgrades’ chief medical officer and head of data science, Dr. Brad Bowman said: “Hospital quality is a crucial, yet often overlooked factor to consider when choosing a doctor.”
